  • The item received is damaged upon arrival.

Returns for any other reason (e.g., change of mind, dislike of fragrance) are generally not accepted due to the nature of our products.

2. Return Window

You must initiate a return request within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this 7-day period will not be eligible for a return or refund.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your bank's processing time.
